Shipping Methods:
We use Australia Post for shipping; all orders are securely packaged so that all products arrive as they left, in perfect condition. Goods ordered for Australia should arrive with in 10 working days.
Delivery Charges:
For all orders within Australia a flat P&H rate of $11.80 applies.
Free Delivery if you order over $200 worth of products.
As our way of saying thank you for placing a large order, you will receive ‘Free shipping’ on orders of $200 or more. Free shipping is for Standard Australia Post with in Australia only.
International orders:
On international orders the shipping is calculated after the order is placed. The correct total will then be sent to you, and payments can be made, by direct bank transfer.
Refund and Return policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase however if your soap doesn’t make your skin feel clean and moisturized, or if our other products don’t make your skin soft and smooth, then please email info@ovame.com explaining your concern and including your order invoice number. We will either replace the product or refund your money at your request (less postage costs).
